Mr. Ahmed Abdullahi Ali is a Legal & Community Development Professional with strong legal knowledge and practical understanding of community development, justice, and human rights in the Somali and African context. He has conducted legal research on The Prosecution of Crimes Against Humanity and Genocide in Africa, reflecting his interest and capacity in international criminal law, accountability for grave crimes, and the protection of human rights.
He possesses solid skills in legal writing, drafting and preparing legal documents, and case analysis, supported by strong research and analytical abilities. Mr. Ahmed-Nor is experienced in working with diverse communities and professional teams, while maintaining high standards of confidentiality, professional ethics, and responsibility.

Education

Mr. Ali holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from SIMAD University, where he acquired a strong foundation in legal principles, justice systems, and the role of law in community development. He has also completed professional training in leadership, disaster management, monitoring and evaluation, and report and proposal writing, further strengthening his capacity in legal and community-based work.
